The Large Event Room also has additional outdoor seating on the patio and in the fenced courtyard.
Rental hours
Choose your time
Hourly
3-hour minimum, at your room's hourly rate. Tell us your start time when you request your date.
Half day
Six hours, in one of two windows: 9 AM to 3 PM, or 4 PM to 10 PM.
Full day
Up to 10 hours. Tell us your preferred start time and we'll confirm your exact hours in your rental agreement.
Payments
How payment works
To reserve
50% of the rental price plus the refundable security deposit, along with a signed rental agreement.
Balance
The remaining rental balance is due 14 days before your event.
Example
A full day in the Large Event Room is $700. You pay $550 to reserve ($350 + $200 deposit), then $350 later.
Your security deposit is refundable. Your rental agreement sets out when it's returned and what can be deducted from it.
